UDHAMPUR: A district-level workshop on Village Growth and Prosperity Plan (VGPP) under VB-GRAM G was today organized here under the theme 'From Planning to Action'. The workshop was presided over by Additional Deputy Commissioner Prem Singh.

The workshop focused on strengthening participatory planning at the grassroots level and translating village-level priorities into actionable development initiatives. Participants discussed the preparation, implementation and monitoring of VGPPs, with emphasis on convergence, community participation, sustainable development and effective utilization of available resources.

The workshop provided a platform for officials and stakeholders to deliberate on strategies for transforming village development plans into tangible outcomes and ensuring that local aspirations are effectively incorporated into the development process.
