SOPORE: On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, Police conducted a cleanliness drive across all Police establishments in Police District Sopore, reaffirming the importance of cleanliness, hygiene and collective responsibility towards a clean environment.

The drive was carried out at Police Stations, Police Posts and other Police establishments, with officers and personnel actively participating in cleaning the premises and surrounding areas and ensuring proper disposal of waste.

The initiative reflected Mahatma Gandhi’s emphasis on cleanliness and civic responsibility and reinforced the message of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Police remains committed to promoting cleanliness and encouraging collective efforts towards a cleaner, healthier and more responsible society.
