Over 50 social activists led by S. Parvinder Singh join BJP in Jammu
JAMMU: BJP is the natural choice for those willing to serve the society, said Sat Sharma, while more than 50 social activists, led by prominent social activist S. Parvinder Singh, joined the BJP at the party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
J&K BJP President and Rajya Sabha MP Sat Sharma CA, accompanied by former MLC Charanjit Singh Khalsa, Vice-Presidents Rekha Mahajan, and Rashpaul Verma, General Secretaries Sanjita Dogra and Gopal Mahajan, and Secretary Pawan Sharma, welcomed the new entrants into the party fold.
Charanjit Singh Khalsa facilitated the joining programme.
Sat Sharma, addressing the new entrants on the occasion, said that the growing inclination of social activists and prominent citizens towards the BJP reflects the people's faith in the party's commitment to development, transparent governance and public welfare. He said that the BJP is not merely a political party but a movement dedicated to nation-building, with its guiding principle of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas inspiring people from every section of society.

The joining of over 50 social activists demonstrates that people recognize the party's vision, its dedicated leadership and its commitment to addressing public concerns. Charanjit Singh Khalsa welcomed S. Parvinder Singh and his associates, stating that the BJP provides an effective platform to individuals committed to social service and public welfare. He said that the party's inclusive ideology and its emphasis on national unity, social harmony and development continue to attract dedicated people who want to bring positive change to society.
S. Parvinder Singh, while expressing his confidence in the BJP's leadership and ideology, said that he and his associates had decided to join the party with the resolve to work for the welfare of society and contribute to the development of Jammu and Kashmir. He expressed confidence that the BJP's organizational platform would enable them to serve people more effectively and take up issues concerning the public with greater strength.
