BANDIPORA: A day ahead of the 3rd Edition of the BSF Wular Ultra Run 2026, scheduled to be held on October 4, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Indu Kanwal Chib, today conducted a route inspection and dry run to review on the spot arrangements for the event.

The DC inspected the designated route, including the starting point at BSF Headquarters and the U-turn point at Darmhama, along with key locations identified for water and hydration points, health and medical facilities and other necessary arrangements.

She was accompanied by senior officers of the District Administration and BSF, and jointly reviewed the preparedness at various points along the route and assessed the arrangements for the smooth and safe conduct of the ultra run. The BSF Wular Ultra Run is being organised under the theme “Save Wular, Run With Bordermen” and features 50 km, 25 km, 10.5 km and 5 km categories.
