KATRA: The Department of Electronics and Communication & Tarang: The Electronics Society of SMVDU conducted the Introductory session of TARANG in LT-1 Hall at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU). This event marked a significant milestone for students passionate about the ever-evolving field of electronics.The session was graced by the presence of esteemed faculty members, including Dr. Vikram Singh, Faculty Coordinator of TARANG.
Their insights ignited a spirit of collaboration and innovation among the students. The faculty members emphasized the importance of practical application, encouraging students to bridge the gap between theory and real-world implementation.The Head Team of TARANG, consisting of Saksham Bhardwaj and Anubhav Shukla, played a pivotal role in bringing the vision of the society to life.
They elucidated the society's aims, objectives, and functioning, providing a clear roadmap for aspiring members. Additionally, they shed light on the vast array of domains within electronics. Following this, the chapter leads explained their specific domains individually. The VLSI chapter was detailed by Shrikant Jha and Harsh Mishra, the Electro Innovators chapter was presented by Ankit Vashisht, Abhishek Sharma, Priyanshu Kumar, Dhruv Sharma, and Mohit Verma, and the DSP chapter was explained by Ritik Kumar and Mihit Saxena.
The Head Team also emphasized that TARANG is an inclusive space where individuals can develop their overall personality and hone valuable skills.The event was also enriched by the experiences of past coordinators, including Harsh Pratap Singh, Sunny Singh, and others. They shared their journey with TARANG, motivating students to take part in sessions regularly and show active participation to make the most of the opportunities offered by the society.
