JAMMU: BJP J&K has welcomed increase of DA/DR by 3% for central Government employees & pensioners by PM Narendra Modi led Central Government. In a press release issued today Parimoksh Seth Spokesperson BJP J&K has termed the increase of DA/DR for central Government employees effective from 1st July 2025 as Diwali Gift for the Central Government employees, pensioners and their family members.
Seth said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is taking pro people decisions one after another and the increase of DA/DR is the latest decision which is a Diwali Gift for about 1.18 crore people including 50 lakh central Government employees, about 68 lakh pensioners and their family members. Seth said Narendra Modi Government is known for its Pro-people decision one after another which is benefiting the common people of India.
After taking historic decision of decrease & rationalization of GST rates which has brought down prices of all the items, the central Government has taken this historic decision of increase in DA/DR during the festival season.
Seth thanked Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this this Diwali Gift to Central Government employees & pensioners and also thanked Modi for decrease & rationalization of GST due to which price of all the commodities has come down.
