REASI: An awareness camp focusing on the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) and other allied schemes was successfully conducted at the Community Hall, Sirah Panthal. The event was organized by the GMI/FLO Reasi and witnessed enthusiastic participation from farmers, Self Help Groups (SHGs) and members of Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), including FPO Maa Vaishno Lemongrass.

Around 50–60 participants attended the camp, which aimed at sensitizing the local farming community about various government-supported initiatives to boost agricultural productivity, quality and income.

The program was attended by the Agriculture Marketing Officer (AMO) Udhampur-Reasi, along with the GMI/FLO Udhampur and Marketing & Technical Support (MTS) team of Udhampur-Reasi. GMI Reasi delivered a detailed presentation on the HADP scheme and highlighted the support available for grading and packaging of agricultural produce. GMI Udhampur gave an in-depth briefing on the PM Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) scheme.

In his address, the AD Planning/AMO Udhampur-Reasi encouraged farmers and SHG/FPO members to avail the benefits of the various initiatives under HADP, PMFME and PMDDKY schemes. He emphasized the Government’s commitment towards promoting "Atmanirbhar Bharat" through enhanced quality production, value addition and improved returns for farming communities.

Also present at the event were President of FPO Panthal, Tilak Raj Sharma, CEO. Jeet Singh, Women Board of Directors Kiran Sharma and Rekha Kumari along with other FPO Board Members. Their presence added significant value to the deliberations and motivated participants towards collective growth and enterprise development.

The camp concluded with an interactive session where queries from participants were addressed, and guidance was provided on accessing scheme benefits and support systems.
