BENGALURU: Epsilon India partnered with RV College of Engineering (RVCE) to help future engineers gain real-world skills through its Industry–Academia initiative. Final-year students worked with Epsilon mentors on live business challenges, applying classroom concepts to hands-on problem solving.
Two student teams, supported by Epsilon’s product and data specialists and RVCE faculty, developed solutions in emerging areas such as AI-driven email marketing and modernizing high-level language (HLL) code from C to Python 3. Over a two- to three-month sprint, they designed, tested, and presented prototypes at Epsilon’s office, earning project completion certificates.
This collaboration gave students practical exposure to industry use cases and strengthened their technical and professional competencies, preparing them for the future workforce.
Through such partnerships with academia, Epsilon continues to create learning pathways that help young engineers sharpen their skills and transition confidently from campus to career.
We would be delighted if you could consider featuring this initiative or exploring it further as part of your coverage on tech talent development, industry–academia collaboration, or emerging engineering skills.
