RAJOURI: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma, today chaired a comprehensive review meeting to assess the preparations for the JKPSC Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2025. The meeting focused on ensuring smooth, transparent and hassle-free conduct of the examinations.
The DC reviewed in detail the timing of examination, deployment of staff, traffic regulation plans, and security arrangements at all examination centres. Stressing the importance of maintaining utmost fairness in the exam process, he instructed the concerned officers to ensure strict checking of candidates, proper frisking and regulated entry and exit at each venue.
He directed the concerned departments to ensure cleanliness in and around examination centres, proper transportation arrangements for candidates and adequate signages for easy navigation. The DC also laid emphasis on the training of staff deployed for examination duties to ensure they are well-versed with their responsibilities. He further instructed that all procedures pertaining to the timely sealing of exam papers be meticulously followed as per JKPSC guidelines.
Senior Superintendent of Police Rajouri assured full cooperation in terms of security deployment, traffic management and monitoring to ensure a safe and orderly environment around all centres.
The meeting was attended by ADC Kalakote, Tanvir Ahmed, ADC Rajouri, Chander Prakash, PO ICDS, Harpal Singh, ACR, Mohd Jahangir Khan, Principal GDC Rajouri, Zameer Mirza, CEO Rajouri, Mohd Hafeez, DSWO, Abdul Raheem, Tehsildars and other district and sectoral officers.
