SHOPIAN: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Shopian in collaboration with Health Department Shopian today observed World Mental Health Day under the theme "Mental health in humanitarian emergencies" at District Hospital, Shopian. The programme was organized under the guidance of Chairman DLSA Shopian, Mehmood Ahmad Chowdhary & Secretary DLSA, Mudasar Farooq.
The programme aimed to spread awareness, educate people and enhance their understanding about mental health conditions and equip them with the skills necessary for addressing these issues. The resource persons, Adv. Dawood Ahmad Khan (Deputy LADC) & Adv. Mohammad Amir Mir highlighted the objectives of organizing this awareness programme. The programme was attended by staff Members of DLSA Shopian, Doctors & Para Medical Staff of District Hospital and Para Legal Volunteers.
