KULGAM: Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan today inaugurated a two-day Mega Science Festival organized by Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) Aamnoo Kulgam. The festival witnessed enthusiastic participation from students who showcased innovative scientific models and projects, reflecting creativity, curiosity, and practical learning.
Addressing the gathering, the DC said that the two-day Science Festival is a commendable initiative that provides students an opportunity to learn, explore, and present their innovative ideas. He emphasized the importance of such events in nurturing scientific temperament and creativity among young learners, encouraging schools to actively promote participation in these educational activities.
While interacting with students and inspecting their science models, the DC appreciated their creativity, innovation, and understanding of scientific concepts. He congratulated the participants and teachers for their efforts in making the event successful and inspiring. The Science Festival will continue tomorrow with more exhibits, demonstrations, and interactive sessions aimed at enhancing students interest in science and innovation.
