KULGAM: Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan today inaugurated a two-day Mega Science Festival organized by Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) Aamnoo Kulgam. Addressing the gathering, the DC said that the two-day Science Festival is a commendable initiative that provides students an opportunity to learn, explore, and present their innovative ideas.
