KATRA: The E-Office Implementation Cell of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir e-Governance Agency (JaKeGA), conducted an online training session on the Operational Basics of E-Office as part of the ongoing digital transformation initiatives at the University.
The session saw enthusiastic participation from over 170 employees, including various faculty and staff members from the University. Ms. Shweta Sharma, the resource person for the session from JaKeGA, delivered an extensive demonstration of the core features of the E-Office platform and guided participants through its practical functionalities.
An interactive doubt-clearing session was also held, during which several queries raised by the attendees were effectively addressed by Ms. Shweta Sharma and Mr. Shashi Bhushan Kotwal (Nodal Officer, E-Office Implementation, SMVDU). The E-Office Implementation cell acknowledged the initiatives undertaken by Prof. (Dr.) Pragati Kumar, Honâble Vice-Chancellor of SMVDU and Sh. Ajay Kumar Sharma (Registrar) in leading the digitization efforts within the University.
The benefits of E-Office were appreciated by all participants. Special recognition was extended to Ms. Mahima Madan, CEO, JaKeGA, Mr. Arun Panotra, Analyst, IT, JaKeGA, and the entire project team for their exceptional support in the swift implementation of the E-Office at SMVDU.
