DODA: The District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Doda successfully concluded a three-day workshop on the creation of Teaching Learning Material (TLM). The orientation workshop aimed at empowering teachers with innovative pedagogical skills to make classroom learning more engaging and student-centered. Over the course of three days, participants were imparted practical training in designing and developing effective TLMs, with focus on creativity, contextual relevance and the use of locally available resources to enhance the teaching-learning experience.
The program was efficiently coordinated by Senior Lecturer Zakir Hussain under the guidance and supervision of Principal DIET Rajesh Kumar. In his address, Principal Rajesh Kumar lauded the teachers for their active involvement and highlighted the importance of adopting innovative methods to make education more meaningful and interactive. He emphasized that such workshops play a pivotal role in equipping educators to meet the evolving needs of modern classrooms.
