UDHAMPUR: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Ananth Dwivedi, today chaired a meeting of the District Level Committee on Change of Land Use to review cases submitted by applicants. The committee examined a total of nine cases received through the online portal. After detailed deliberations, one case was approved.
The DC emphasised the need for timely communication of deficiencies to applicants. He directed the concerned officers to ensure prompt issuance of no objection certificates after thorough verification of the requisite documents.
He further instructed the officers to conduct joint site inspections and verify geo-coordinates of the sites before granting approvals to ensure transparency and compliance with the prescribed norms. Among others, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Dr. Umesh Shan and other concerned officers attended the meeting.
