Power Grid and RBPS Jammu organize Kavi Goshthi to commemorate Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s Birth Anniversary

JAMMU: A Kavi Goshthi (Poets’ Meet) was organized by Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. in collaboration with Rashtra Bhasha Prachar Samiti (RBPS), Jammu, bringing together several noted poets to celebrate literature and social thought. The poetic gathering was held at the Power Grid Community Centre, Jammu, on the eve of the birth anniversary of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, paying tribute to his immense contribution to social justice, equality, and the empowerment of marginalized communities.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from prominent poets, including Randhir Singh Raipuria, Rajeshwar Singh Raju, Susheel Begana, Amita Mehta, Pawan Verma, and Rajni Thappa. Each poet presented thought-provoking poems reflecting themes of social harmony, national unity, equality, and the ideals championed by Dr. Ambedkar. The recitations created an atmosphere of reflection and inspiration, resonating with the spirit of the occasion.

The proceedings of the Kavi Goshthi were skillfully conducted by Prof. Bharat Bhushan Sharma, Secretary of RBPS Jammu, who ensured the smooth flow of the program and introduced the participating poets.
