The resource persons urged students to remain vigilant and contribute towards building a drug-free society by spreading awareness among their peers and reporting any instances of drug peddling or abuse to the authorities. Interactive sessions were held during the programmes, wherein students actively participated by sharing their views and asking questions related to drug addiction and its prevention. The importance of community involvement, parental guidance, and institutional support in combating the menace of drugs was also underscored.
A pledge was also administered during the programmes, wherein all participants resolved to stay away from drugs and to actively support the mission of creating a drug-free society.
