JAMMU: Senior BJP leader Aseem Gupta on Monday met BJP National General Secretary & Prabhari J&K Tarun Chugh to deliberate on key organizational and developmental strategies aimed at strengthening the party’s presence in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The meeting focused on enhancing the outreach of the Bharatiya Janata Party at the grassroots level and ensuring more effective public engagement across the region.

During the interaction, Gupta discussed plans to expand the party’s organizational framework, improve outreach mechanisms and introduce innovative initiatives to better connect with people. Emphasizing inclusive development, Gupta stressed the importance of ensuring that the benefits of various government schemes reach every household, particularly in remote and underserved areas.

He also apprised Chugh of the aspirations, challenges and pressing developmental needs of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Highlighting key concerns, Gupta raised issues related to infrastructure development, employment generation and public welfare, underscoring the need for sustained and time-bound efforts to address them.

Speaking after the meeting, Gupta said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Jammu and Kashmir has entered a new phase of development marked by inclusive governance and accelerated progress. He reiterated the BJP’s commitment to strengthening its organizational base while ensuring that governance initiatives translate into tangible benefits for the common people.

Assuring full support, Tarun Chugh reaffirmed the party’s dedication to the welfare, peace, and prosperity of the region. He stated that the BJP would continue to work tirelessly to address public concerns and fulfill aspirations through dedicated service and effective governance.
