JAMMU: Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh, organized an interactive session as part of its Orientation Week, where Ms. Manjula Sularia, CEO, Life Skills Coach and Director, Prasanchetas Foundation inspired the newly admitted students on the topic “Building One’s Academic Identity.”

Addressing the students, Ms. Sularia emphasized the importance of developing a strong academic identity that aligns with personal values, strengths, and future aspirations. She guided the students on how academic identity not only shapes their learning journey but also helps in building confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose in life.

She encouraged the students to focus on self-awareness, critical thinking, and adaptability as key components of academic success. “Your academic identity is not just about marks or degrees; it is about how you connect learning with your individuality and future goals,” she remarked.

Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, while thanking Ms. Sularia, said that such sessions play a vital role in motivating students at the very beginning of their academic journey. He added that the Orientation Week at Aryans is designed to help students transition smoothly into college life by offering sessions on personal growth, academic excellence, and career readiness.

The session concluded with an engaging interaction where students shared their queries and aspirations with Ms. Sularia, making the session highly impactful and motivating.
