JAMMU: In a strong show of protest, Sunil Dimple, President of Mission Statehood, led a rally on the Amphalla New Plot Janipur High Court Road, condemning recent militant attacks in Jammu and Kashmir. The protest saw effigies of Pakistan, along with flags representing militant groups JEM, TRF, and BAT, burned in response to the recent killings of a JCO, injured army personnel, and Village Defense Committee (VDC) members in Kishtwar.

Addressing the rally, Dimple strongly condemned the central government, holding it accountable for the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir, which falls under the purview of the Home and Defense Ministries. He called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and LG Manoj Sinha to take decisive action, urging them to coordinate with the J&K government, under CM Omar Abdullah, to eliminate Pakistan-sponsored militancy from the region.

Dimple demanded the Prime Minister order surgical strikes and a full-scale offensive to liberate Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, Gilgit, and Baltistan. He questioned the central government's policies, alleging that over 600 trained Pakistani commandos have infiltrated regions across Jammu.

Prominent leaders present included Sudershan Sharma, Dev Raj, Jetinder Gupta, Suresh Jamwal, Vishal Kapoor, Narender Sharma, BB Bhat, Sameer Gupta, and others who stood in solidarity, calling for immediate action against the escalation of targeted killings and militant attacks across Jammu and Kashmir.
