The meeting focussed on strengthening inter-departmental coordination for effective flood management and minimising risks in vulnerable areas across the district.

The DC directed Revenue, Police, Health, Irrigation and Flood Control and other line departments to maintain close coordination for prompt response during any flood-related emergency and remain fully prepared to safeguard life and property.
