JAMMU: Senior BJP leader and Member of Parliament Er. Gulam Ali Khatana held a series of public meetings across various assembly constituencies in Jammu district on Wednesday, urging support for the party’s candidates in the upcoming elections. MP Khatana campaigned for BJP candidates Shah Lal in Kanger (Bantalab), Vikram Randhawa in Bathindi, Dr. Narinder Singh in Digiana, and Yudhvir Sethi in Beli Charana areas of Jammu district.

Highlighting the BJP’s position as a stable alternative to traditional parties like the National Conference (NC), Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and Congress, the BJP leader emphasized that the people of Jammu and Kashmir are increasingly looking towards the BJP for a new direction.

Addressing the gatherings, Khatana asserted that the BJP has consistently responded to public needs and fulfilled its promises without discrimination. “Our government is committed to inclusive development, ensuring every citizen is represented,” he said. He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, citing the central government’s focus on economic growth and social stability in the region.

Khatana appealed to voters to support BJP candidates, promising continued progress and prosperity for the region. “A vote for the BJP is a vote for development and stability,” he said, encouraging the public to choose the party that has demonstrated its commitment to the welfare of all communities.
