Addressing the participants, MD NRLM emphasized the importance of financial empowerment at the grassroots level. She stated that the engagement of SHG members as Banking Correspondents will play a pivotal role in bringing financial services to the doorsteps of the rural population. This initiative is expected to not only boost the rural economy but also significantly contribute to holistic rural development, she added.
