The competition was conducted under the direction of Director General Youth Services & Sports J&K Anuradha Gupta and under the supervision of District Youth Services & Sports Officer (DYSSO) Ashok Kumar.

The inaugural ceremony was graced by the Colonel, Commanding Officer 10 Rashtriya Rifles as the Chief Guest. He inaugurated the competition in the presence of DYSSO, participating shooters, coaches, managers, technical officials and officials of the Youth Services & Sports Department.

Addressing the participants and students, the Chief Guest appreciated the efforts of the Youth Services & Sports Department in providing young athletes with opportunities to participate in competitive sports events at the UT level.
