In loving memory of Dr. Priya Ranjan: A mentor who treated me like family

KISHTWAR: On the directions of the Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Kumar Sharma and under the supervision of ARTO Tasleem Wani, a Road Safety Awareness Programme was today conducted by the Motor Vehicles Department (MVD) here at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Kishtwar.

Motor Vehicle Inspector Robin Parihar sensitised the students about the importance of road safety, adherence to traffic rules, use of helmets and seat belts, avoiding over-speeding and the dangers of underage driving.

The students were encouraged to adopt responsible road behaviour and spread the message of road safety among their families and the wider community. MVI Imran Choudhary and I/C Supervisor Enam Ul Haq, along with the students and staff of ITI Kishtwar were present during the programme.
