JAMMU: Tata Motor India Ltd. (TMPVL), country’s first smart mobility solutions provider and the largest exporter since inception, today inaugurated a new *Sales Showroom* facility of ‘FairdealAutomotors Private Limited’ situated at M.C Complex, OppBakshi Nagar bridge, Akhnoor road, Jammu.

Promoted by Mr. SaleemBakshi and Mr. RohitGandotra, FairdealAutomotors Pvt ltd. is a State-of-the-Art facility spread across a total built up area of aprox 4700 sq.ft Speaking on the occasion, Mr. RohitGandotra, Director, FairdealAutomotors private limited said, “We are delighted to partner with Tata motors and introduce a new dealership facility in Jammu with showroom to cater all old Jammu City Customers and state of art showroom at Akhnoor road.

The new showroom inaugurated today spans about 4700 sq ft. with 3 storey showroom including underground parking space for visitors with the best class products from Tata motors couples with our understanding of the customer requirements, we are endeavour to provide the best ownership experience to our customers. *Tata Motors is the only company having large range of Cars option for its customer across all fuel range (Electric, Petrol, Diesel & CNG vehicles) for all segment of customers.*

Commenting on the opening of the new Dealership, Mr. Nitin Mandelia North (Zonal Manager), Sandeep Mann - Regional Manager (North 1), ArchitChandrashekhar (Dealer Development), Mohammad Danish (Area Manager) said “Jammu is one of the most important markets for Tata Motors India. We are glad to inaugurate one more new facility of our dealer partner, ‘FairdealAutomotorsPvt. ltd.’ in the city of “Jammu”.

When he appointed me Editor-in-Chief of JK Monitor, he never treated me as an employee, but as a younger brother, offering warmth, trust, respect and invaluable guidance. I will always be grateful for his faith in me, his encouragement and the lessons he shared.

Dr. Ranjan was a rare and noble soul—humble, compassionate, intellectually brilliant and always willing to help others. A visionary thinker, he believed in using knowledge and abilities to make a meaningful difference. His influence lives on through the people he guided, the work he inspired and the countless lives he touched.

For me, he will always be the elder brother who believed in me and guided me with affection. I will cherish his kindness and lessons forever. May his soul rest in eternal peace. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

We at JK Monitor are profoundly saddened by the sudden demise of our Founding Chairman, Dr. Priya Ranjan. IN LOVING MEMORY Dr Priya Ranjan

A brilliant mind who studied at Netarhat Residential School and graduated in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur before earning his PhD from the University of Maryland, Dr. Ranjan chose to return to India and dedicate his life to teaching, research and social good.

His pioneering work in networked systems, AI, robotics and biomedical applications—especially computer-vision tools for early detection of cancer and heart disease—reflected his deep belief that advanced technology must serve humanity.

For more than 15 years at JK Monitor, he remained a loyal friend, mentor and collaborator, marked by rare humility, intellectual integrity and quiet generosity. His passing leaves a void that cannot be filled. Priya, you will be deeply missed. Your life continues to remind us that knowledge finds its highest purpose in the service of others.
