The Sewa Parv serves as a platform where service to the nation finds expression through culture, art, heritage, knowledge sharing and inclusive community engagement. It will encompass diverse areas such as cultural heritage, women-led progress, care for general health and wellbeing, environmental stewardship, innovation and empowerment of marginalized communities.

Meanwhile, multiple activities were organized across different municipalities of the district as part of the ongoing Seva Parv campaign, focusing on welfare, awareness, sanitation and outreach. In Municipal Council Thannamandi, a Health Check-up Camp for Sanitation Workers was organised in collaboration with the AYUSH and Health Departments where free medicines were also distributed.

Furthermore, MC staff sensitized street vendors about the benefits and provisions of the PM SVANidhi scheme, aimed at empowering small vendors through collateral-free working capital loans. In addition, Joint teams of MC Thannamandi and Jal Shakti collected water samples from local springs and raised awareness on cleanliness and water conservation.

The PMAY-Urban team promoted awareness on housing schemes, encouraged households to fast-track construction, organized Grih Pravesh ceremonies, and disseminated information about Angikaar 2025 and the PM Surya Ghar program. A dedicated cleanliness campaign was conducted in the market area with active support from market shopkeepers, prominent citizens, and former ward members. Waste collection and awareness on waste segregation were carried out.

Similarly, in Municipal Council Kalakote, the PMAY-Urban team undertook an outreach campaign to promote PMAY, Angikaar 2025, and the PM Surya Ghar program. Beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the Government for ensuring last-mile outreach under the Housing for All initiative.
