JAMMU: Real estate developer Royale Estate Group on Friday announced fresh avenues for Jammu residents to explore Chandigarh Tricity which is emerging as North India’s next real estate hotspot.During a press conference in Jammu today , the group emphasized how Chandigarh tricity is becoming the preferred second-home destination for homebuyers.Piyush Kansal executive director Royale Estate Group said,” With world-class hospitality, thriving industries, booming residential and commercial hubs, rapid highway expansion, and enhanced connectivity to Chandigarh International Airport, the Tricity region is witnessing unprecedented growth. For families and investors from Jammu, it offers both a superior lifestyle and strong long-term financial returns.”

Further, the Bharatmala Pariyojana national flagship infrastructure initiative has significantly improved highway connectivity across India, reducing travel times by up to 40–50% and unlocking new growth opportunities. In particular, the corridor has transformed the Jammu to Chandigarh route, cutting travel time nearly in half and making the Tricity region more accessible than ever for residents, investors and businesses from Jammu.

Together, Bharatmala’s expressways and GMADA’s PR roads create a layered infrastructure backbone directly linked to Royale Estate Group’s developments. This integration ensures buyers not only enjoy faster, smoother access today but also secure a better, more prosperous future through connectivity-driven real estate appreciation. For investors, this translates into stronger value growth and one of the best opportunities in North India’s property market.
