A detailed review was held regarding the status of works sanctioned, tendered, allotted, and taken up for execution under both the District Capex Budget and Constituency Development Fund (CDF).

The meeting also deliberated upon the financial progress of ongoing projects and the status of works uploaded on the E-Compendium portal. During the meeting, the DDC directed officers to ensure 100% utilization of available funds and timely completion of ongoing projects, particularly by the RDD and allied departments. A block-wise review of CDF works was also conducted with respective BDOs, alongside an examination of physical and financial progress reports pertaining to the Capex Budget 2025–26.
