NEW DELHI: The Learning Spiral has unveiled brand-new "certification programs" that focus on providing students with an Industry-Relevant Qualification (IRQ) to help them develop practical job-ready skills for the future. These programs are designed with a clear purpose: to reduce the lack of alignment between the skills learned through formal academic education and what is required by employers in the job market.

In cooperation with industry professionals, they have designed new courses that will give students hands-on experience and knowledge about working in the field. They will focus the certificates on providing students with training in areas of greatest need, including technology, business operations, and innovative digital skills. The goal is to help students and learners enhance their career and job readiness by offering substantial experiential learning via engaging in live projects and working with mentors.

They also believe in creating skills that can be transferred into real-life experiences through the use of actual job-personalized careers (such as those found through work experience programs), which will assist all students and learners in advancing their careers. The course offerings will be flexible, easy to access, and tailored to address the current workforce's ever-changing needs. With this, they will continue to provide quality education at or above current industry standards.

When announcing the launch, Learning Spiral Founder Manish Mohta stated, "We all know that the future belongs to those who have access to the best resources possible (the internet) and use that access wisely." To help prepare our students for the digital economy, we have designed certification programs with an emphasis on real-world experience, rather than strict memorization of information via textbooks. The objective is to create an Education Network that assists even the newest of students to obtain their goals through Education.

They can further enhance their reputation as an educational institution by providing relevant training and education focused on the needs of the industry to continue to develop the future workforce.
