JAMMU: Reinforcing its grassroots organizational outreach and women’s participation in party activities, the BJP Jammu District South Mahila Morcha organized a key meeting at Kunjwani Mandal, followed by a grand Tricolour rally aimed at taking the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign to the people.

The meeting focused on strengthening the party organization at the grassroots level, enhancing the active participation of women workers, and chalking out the strategy for upcoming programmes. BJP Jammu and Kashmir General Secretary and former Deputy Mayor of Jammu, Baldev Singh Billawaria, took the lead as the keynote speaker, offering strategic guidance to party workers on key organizational priorities and outlining the roadmap for upcoming initiatives.

Speaking on the occasion, Billawaria said that the BJP Mahila Morcha is a vital and dynamic pillar of the party’s organisational structure. He lauded the commitment, discipline and enthusiasm demonstrated by women party workers in strengthening the organisation at the grassroots level, particularly up to the booth level. He emphasised that the growing participation of women is giving further momentum to the BJP’s organizational strength and playing an important role in taking the party’s nationalist ideology to every section of society.

Billawaria said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the spirit of patriotism, unity and development has received renewed strength across the country. He described the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign as an important initiative to promote respect for the National Flag and strengthen the sense of national pride among citizens.

He called upon Mahila Morcha workers to take the campaign to every household and encourage maximum participation. He further said that Partition Horrors Remembrance Day provides an opportunity to remember the millions who lost their lives and suffered displacement during the Partition of 1947. He emphasised the importance of making the younger generation aware of these historic events so that they understand the value of national unity, integrity and brotherhood.

Following the meeting, Mahila Morcha workers took out a grand Tricolour rally under the leadership of Billawaria, spreading the message of patriotism and national pride across the area. Carrying the National Flag and raising patriotic slogans, the participants appealed to people to actively join the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign and proudly hoist the Tricolour at their homes, reinforcing the spirit of unity and devotion to the nation.

Appreciating the active participation of the Mahila Morcha office-bearers and workers, Billawaria said that the BJP Mahila Morcha is playing an important role in taking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of ‘Viksit Bharat’ (Developed India) to the grassroots level. He urged the workers to work with dedication and enthusiasm to make the upcoming programmes successful.

BJP Jammu District South Mahila Morcha President Meetu Sharma, Mandal President Nisha Rana, Rajni Gupta, Sunita Magotra, and other party workers were present on the occasion.
