While speaking on the occasion, the Minister congratulated the SMG for taking initiatives towards further strengthening the department's functioning. He asserted that this recovery vehicle will be proved as an asset for the department being a revenue generating utility.

He suggested the department to rent out the vehicle to general public for towing and transferring their damage vehicle from one place to another as private players charge heavy amount for the purpose.
