GANDERBAL: Mr. Tahir Qazi, Chief Executive Officer of iQuasar, LLC, delivered an insightful lecture to the students of the Department of Management Studies (DMS), Central University of Kashmir (CUKashmir), on the topic “Use AI as Your Coach to Build Skills for Career Growth” at varsity’s Green campus. iQuasar, LLC, is a Sterling, Virginia-based firm that provides technology solutions and outsourcing services to government and commercial clients.
His lecture focused on the growing role of Artificial Intelligence in learning, skill development, and professional growth. Mr. Qazi highlighted how AI tools can be effectively used as personal coaches to identify skill gaps, develop new competencies, improve productivity, and prepare students for the evolving demands of the workplace. Mr Tahir Qazi emphasised that students and professionals need to engage in intentional self-directed learning to get ready to work in desired careers. He explained Writing AALIM Prompts and Agents, Write prompts in ACT format - Actor, Context, Task - easy to remember, hard to get wrong.
