Congratulating the achievers, Omar Abdullah lauded their hard work, dedication and perseverance, while also appreciating the crucial role played by their parents and teachers in supporting and guiding them throughout their academic journey.

The Chief Minister said the success of the four students was a matter of immense pride for Jammu and Kashmir and would serve as an inspiration for thousands of young students across the Union Territory to pursue excellence through determination, discipline and sustained effort.

During the programme, the Chief Minister also interacted with Government School Principals and sought their views and suggestions on ways to further improve the quality of education and strengthen the functioning of government schools. The interaction provided an opportunity to discuss various aspects of the education system, student welfare and the challenges faced by educational institutions.

An interactive session was also held with students, educators and parents, during which participants shared their suggestions and feedback with the Chief Minister on various issues concerning education and student welfare. Omar Abdullah listened to the concerns and recommendations and assured the participants that the issues raised during the interaction would be duly considered.

The Chief Minister also distributed appointment orders to newly selected teachers of the School Education Department, marking another significant step towards strengthening the teaching workforce and enhancing the delivery of quality education in government schools across Jammu and Kashmir.

The occasion brought together achievers, educators, newly appointed teachers, school principals, students and parents, highlighting the importance of collective efforts in building a stronger and more effective education ecosystem in Jammu and Kashmir.
