BARAMULLA: As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen road safety and ensure strict compliance with traffic regulations, police in Baramulla conducted a district-wide enforcement drive against traffic violations by two-wheeler riders.

During the drive, more than 50 two-wheelers were seized for violations of traffic rules. The action was carried out across various areas of the district to deter unsafe driving practices and promote responsible road behaviour.

Police reiterated that strict enforcement will continue against traffic violations, particularly those that pose a threat to the safety of riders, passengers and other road users. J&K Police appeals to all two-wheeler riders to follow traffic rules, wear helmets and drive responsibly.
