The discussions focused on evolving talent acquisition strategies, emerging skill requirements, employee development and the challenges confronting organizations in a rapidly transforming workplace.

The panelists highlighted the growing importance of empathy, adaptability, emotional intelligence and professional ethics in building effective and resilient workforces. They also underscored the need for continuous upskilling and reskilling in response to advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning. While acknowledging the transformative role of technology, the experts emphasized that human values, interpersonal skills and ethical decision-making remain fundamental to professional excellence.

The HR Meet provided an important platform for exploring avenues of collaboration between the University and participating organisations. Discussions centred on facilitating student internships, expanding campus recruitment opportunities, introducing industry-oriented training programmes and strengthening skill development initiatives. The possibility of establishing long-term institutional partnerships was also explored.

The participating HR professionals shared valuable insights into industry expectations, recruitment processes and workplace readiness, offering perspectives that can help the University further align its training and placement initiatives with the changing requirements of the corporate sector.
