SRINAGAR: Representatives of J&K Finance and Account Services employees’ associations today called on Javid Ahmad Dar, Minister for Finance, Agriculture Production, Mining and Cooperative Departments and congratulated him on assuming charge of the Finance Department.
During the interaction, the representatives extended their warm wishes to the Minister and expressed optimism that his leadership would provide fresh momentum to the functioning of the department, strengthen institutional efficiency and contribute to the achievement of key financial and developmental objectives of the Government.
The representatives expressed hope that the department would continue to make significant strides in promoting sound financial management, transparency, accountability and efficient delivery of public services. They also conveyed their confidence that the Minister’s new tenure would further strengthen the department’s institutional framework and support its ongoing efforts towards effective financial governance.
