BARAMULLA: A training programme for the second phase of the Agriculture Census was held today at Dak Bungalow Baramulla to train field functionaries and supervisors/ enumerators of the Revenue Department in data collection for the census.  The training saw the participation of several Revenue Officers, including Assistant Commissioner Revenue Baramulla, Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars, and Patwaries from various parts of Baramulla district.

The focus was on collecting vital data related to agricultural operational holders, land use patterns, soil types, tenancy status, and irrigation facilities. These aspects are crucial for understanding and improving agricultural practices in the region.
