JAMMU: The School of Biotechnology (SBT), University of Jammu, organised an outreach and extension activity for nursing students of BEE ENN College of Nursing, providing them an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the School’s state-of-the-art infrastructure and research facilities. The School is supported by major national funding agencies, including DBT, DST, SERB, RUSA and PURSE, and has established international collaborations, reflecting its strong academic and research ecosystem.

At the outset, Prof. Madhulika Bhagat, Director, School of Biotechnology, warmly welcomed the visiting students. She apprised them of the academic programmes offered by the School, including Master's degree programmes in Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Microbiology, and highlighted the vast scope and interdisciplinary nature of these fields. She encouraged the students to make the most of their visit by actively interacting with faculty members and research scholars.
