BISHNAH: As part of the ongoing Sewa Pakhwada, dedicated to the 75th birthday of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) J&K Mahila Morcha, under the dynamic leadership of its State President Adv. Neha Mahajan , organized a special program at Shree Gou Dham, Rehal, Bishnah.

The program commenced with Gou Pujan and lighting of the sacred jyoti in reverence to Gau Mata. Following the rituals, a plantation drive was carried out in the premises of the Goushalla, reinforcing the vision of environmental protection and sustainable living under the nationwide campaign #EkPedMaaKeNaam.

Later, Adv. Neha Mahajan interacted with the local residents along with the Goushalla Committee members, listening to their issues and assuring all possible support from the party. She emphasized that BJP, under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, is committed to preserving India’s cultural heritage, environmental balance, and holistic rural development.

The program was organized by Dr. Lovely Sharma in collaboration with the Goushalla Committee. Prominent leaders including Meena Kumari (Former District Mahila Morcha President, Jammu Border), Sabita Saini, Rajeev Sharma, along with locals, were also present on the occasion.

On this occasion, Adv. Neha Mahajan  said, “Serving Gau Mata is not just a ritual, it is an expression of our devotion to Maa Bharti. Through Sewa Pakhwada, we are reaffirming our commitment to the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji — a vision that combines cultural preservation, environmental care, and service to humanity.”

She appreciated the collective efforts of the committee and the local residents, and called upon everyone to actively participate in such noble initiatives which uphold India’s age-old traditions and also contribute towards a cleaner and greener environment.
