JAMMU: As part of the ongoing Military-Civil Fusion Capsule, the stakeholder participants today undertook cross-establishment visits to the Samba, Domana, and Mira Sahib Brigades in the Jammu sector. The visit aimed to deepen understanding of the operational, administrative and developmental challenges in border areas, while fostering closer cooperation between the civil administration and the armed forces.

During the interactions, participants gained valuable insights into the functioning of field formations, coordination mechanisms, and efforts undertaken by the Army to maintain security and support developmental initiatives in border regions. The exchange provided a platform for meaningful dialogue, reinforcing the spirit of jointness, synergy and mutual respect that underpins effective civil-military cooperation.

The Civil-Military Fusion Capsule continues to serve as a model of inter-agency cooperation, promoting shared learning, coordination and a unified approach to national objectives.

The initiative reflects the Government’s vision of integrated national security and border development, with the civil administration and senior Army officers emphasizing the importance of collaborative planning and execution for regional stability.
