JAMMU: A comprehensive Health Check-Up Camp was successfully organized today at PM Shri Government Girls Middle School Jindrah by the Health Departments in collaboration with the school administration. The initiative aimed to promote health awareness and ensure the well-being of school children through preventive health screening.

More than 56 students underwent detailed health check-ups during the camp. The medical team conducted different tests to assess basic health profiles, including general examination, vision screening, dental hygiene assessment. The children were also imparted awareness regarding personal hygiene and nutrition.

The health camp was coordinated by Anuradha from the Health Department, along with Lakshmi Devi and Sadaket Ali, who worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth organization and active participation of students. The school staff extended full support to the medical team, making the camp a grand success.

Interacting with the children, the health officials advised them to go for regular medical check-ups, eat a balanced diet and adopt good hygiene practices. They also encouraged students to adopt a healthy lifestyle to enhance their physical and mental development.

The Headmaster and staff of PM Shri Government Girls Middle School Jindrah expressed gratitude to the Health Department J&K for their outreach and commitment to student welfare. Such collaborative initiatives, they said, play a crucial role in building a healthier and more informed young generation.
