REASI: The Cultural Committee of Government Degree College Reasi organized a scintillating cultural programme featuring a powerful Nukkad Natak presented by the students. Through impactful acting and emotional scenes, the students highlighted the circumstances that often lead a person towards addiction. The play also portrayed the emotional, social and financial suffering faced by the family members of an addicted individual.

At the same time, the performance conveyed a strong message of hope by emphasizing the importance of collective support, rehabilitation and social acceptance in helping affected individuals return to normal life. The programme was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Surita Sharma, Prof. Irfan Arif, and their dedicated team comprising Suhani Sangam and Vanshika.

The student participants included Aradhna, Nidhi, Abhi, Sangral, Abhikaran, Varun, Jannvi and others. They received huge applause for their energetic and realistic portrayal of different characters. The programme was organized under the patronage of the Principal of the college, Prof. Mamta Gupta, whose constant encouragement and support towards co-curricular and awareness-based activities continue to inspire both students and faculty members. The event concluded with appreciation from the audience for using cultural activities as an effective medium for promoting social awareness and positive change.
