SAMBA: Deputy Commissioner Samba Ayushi Sudan today visited the Social Welfare Department–run Child Care Institutions, Parisha (Girls) and Palaash (Boys). During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner undertook a detailed inspection of key facilities, including the store room, pantry, sick room, recreation room, dining hall and kitchens. She emphasized that the government remains committed to safeguarding the welfare and empowerment of children, particularly those residing in institutional care.
