KISHTWAR: A meeting to discuss modalities for effective implementation of the IEC Campaign Jan-Bhagidaari – “Sabse Door Sabse Pehle”, being conducted from May 18, 2026 to May 25, 2026, was convened today under the chairmanship of Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Vinod Kumar Behnal, who is also the Nodal Officer for the campaign.
The meeting, held in the office chamber of the ADDC, reviewed the preparedness and action plan of the stakeholder departments for the successful implementation of the campaign in the district, particularly in far-flung and underserved areas.
The ADDC highlighted the significance of the campaign in ensuring doorstep delivery of government services and welfare schemes in the remotest tribal areas of the district. He stressed the need for coordinated efforts and mission-mode implementation to maximize outreach and public participation.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding departmental preparedness, logistical arrangements, awareness activities, and inter-departmental coordination mechanisms. Concerned officers briefed the chair on the ongoing initiatives and strategies being adopted for the effective execution of the campaign.
The chair issued several directions to the concerned departments, including ensuring active participation and close coordination among departments, intensifying awareness and outreach activities, focusing on remote and inaccessible tribal villages, and deputing responsible officers for on-ground monitoring and timely reporting.
The departments were further directed to prepare a detailed schedule of camps and outreach programmes and ensure necessary arrangements related to transportation, publicity material, manpower, and public facilitation well in advance. Daily progress reports were also sought for regular review and monitoring.
The ADDC urged all officers to work in close coordination and ensure the successful implementation of the campaign so that the benefits of welfare schemes effectively reach the deserving tribal population in particular and other sections of society across the district.
