BANDIPORA: A three-day training programme for Field Trainers under Census 2027 commenced today at Conference Hall, Mini Secretariat Bandipora. The session was attended by Joint Director Census, Arun Kumar; Chief Planning Officer Bandipora, Mohammad Maqbool Lone and other concerned officers and officials. The training session was conducted by Master Trainer, Irfan Ahmad Wagay.
During the inaugural session, a comprehensive presentation was delivered outlining the historical background, significance, and objectives of the Census, with particular focus on the upcoming Census 2027. The session was interactive, with participants engaging in discussions and seeking clarifications on various aspects.
Subsequent sessions covered the roles and responsibilities of Enumerators and Supervisors, along with key census concepts including buildings, census houses, households, and the preparation of layout maps. The first day of the programme concluded on an informative and engaging note, equipping participants with essential knowledge and practical insights required for effective field implementation of Census 2027.
