• Narcotics Raids continue at multiple locations

AWANTIPORA: As part of the ongoing Nasha Mukt Jammu Kashmir Abhiyan, a drug awareness programme was conducted at Al Huda Public High School, Kuchmulla, Tral with the objective of spreading awareness among students and staff regarding the harmful effects of drug abuse and the need for collective action against the menace of drugs. Participants were sensitized about the social and health consequences of substance abuse and encouraged to become ambassadors of a drug free society.

Meanwhile, as part of the intensified drive against drug trafficking and narcotics-related activities, raids are being conducted at multiple locations including Dogripora, Katipora, Chersoo, and Khrew. The operations are aimed at identifying and taking strict action against individuals involved in drug-related activities.

Police remain steadfast in their commitment towards eradicating the drug menace and urge the public to cooperate by sharing information related to narcotics activities, thereby strengthening the mission of a Drug Free Jammu & Kashmir.
