BHADERWAH: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Sunil Kumar Bhutyal today chaired a review meeting to discuss and finalize the arrangements for Eid-ul-Azha in Bhaderwah and Bhalla Tehsils.
The ADC reviewed the arrangements aimed at ensuring smooth and hassle-free celebrations. Detailed discussions were held regarding the essential services, effective market management and the availability of public services through both online and offline platforms.
The meeting was attended by the SDPO, Tehsildar Bhalla, BMO, EO, MCB, AE, PDD, Naib Tehsildar Bhadarwah, BDO, Bhalla, AE, R&B, SHO, LDO, Traffic Officer, TSO, Fire and Emergency Department, President Anjuman Islamia Bhaderwah, President Beopar Mandal Bhaderwah and other concerned officers.
The ADC instructed the departments to ensure uninterrupted power and water supply, proper sanitation and adequate availability of essential commodities during the festival. He also directed officials to remain vigilant and responsive so that people celebrating Eid in both Bhaderwah and Bhalla zones do not face any inconvenience. The officers present in the meeting assured the chair that all necessary arrangements will be put in place to facilitate the smooth and peaceful celebration of the festival.
