NEW DELHI/JAMMU/KASHMIR: The Bharatiya Janata Party, Jammu & Kashmir today expressed deep shock and sorrow over the tragic plane crash that led to the untimely demise of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Shri Ajit Pawar ji, along with others on board. J&K BJP President and Rajya Sabha Member Sat Sharma, CA, while expressing grief, said that Shri Ajit Pawar ji was a committed public servant whose experience and leadership played a vital role in Maharashtra’s administration. He termed the loss as irreparable and prayed for peace to the departed soul and strength to the grieving family. He conveyed its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and stood in solidarity with the people of Maharashtra during this moment of immense loss. The BJP J&K mourns the passing of a seasoned leader who dedicated decades of his life to public service and governance, he said.
