DODA: The Bharatiya Janata Party, District Doda, strongly rejected and exposed the fake, misleading, and politically motivated narrative being propagated by the Congress party during the VB G-RAM-G Samelan held at the BJP Office, Doda.
The Samelan was successfully organised under the chairmanship of District President Babu Ram Sharma ji and witnessed enthusiastic participation from senior leaders and committed karyakartas, reflecting the growing trust of the people in BJP’s vision of Viksit Bharat and empowered Gramin India.
Addressing the gathering, State Secretary and Prabhari Doda Pawan Sharma ji categorically stated that the Congress party, which ruled the country for decades, has no moral authority to question BJP’s development agenda. He said that Congress is deliberately spreading confusion and falsehoods to hide its own historic failures—decades marked by neglect of rural areas, weak governance, corruption, and denial of basic facilities to the poor.
Pawan Sharma ji highlighted that initiatives under VB G-RAM-G (Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission Gramin) are aimed at ensuring employment, livelihood security, and economic empowerment at the grassroots level—something Congress never sincerely attempted. He added that today’s transparent, time-bound, and technology-driven governance stands in sharp contrast to Congress’ politics of slogans without delivery.
He further said that while Congress thrived on vote-bank politics and empty promises, the BJP under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji believes in delivery on the ground, direct benefit transfer, and accountability, ensuring that welfare schemes reach the last person without leakage or discrimination.
Parliamentary Constituency Sangathan Mantri Vipan Sharma ji emphasised that Congress’ fake narrative is a result of its weak organisation and disconnect from the grassroots. He underlined the importance of organisational discipline, cadre motivation, and constant public outreach to counter misinformation and present facts before the people.
The Samelan made it clear that Congress is uncomfortable with the growing awareness among people about BJP’s development-oriented governance. Unable to counter progress with performance, Congress has resorted to spreading false narratives, half-truths, and fear-mongering.
Senior leaders and karyakartas unanimously resolved to take BJP’s message of good governance, development, and people-centric policies to every village and household, while firmly countering Congress’ propaganda with facts and ground realities.
BJP District Doda reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to transparent governance, strong organisation, and inclusive development, and asserted that the people of Doda and Jammu & Kashmir have already rejected Congress’ politics of deception and will continue to support BJP’s vision of a strong, prosperous, and self-reliant India.
Prominent among those who also address on the occasion, include Gajay Singh Rana, BJP senior leader, Koshal kotwal, DDC Chairman, Doda, Sanjay Saraf, Rakesh Sharma and Ashok Bhagat, district General secretaries and Bhagh Singh Kotwal Co-convenior of program.
