DODA: Chief Medical Officer Dr. Tanveer Ahmed Rather today inspected Healthcare facilities at PHC Assar and NTPHC Khellani. The CMO inspected different sections of the health facilities, reviewed hospital records and assessed overall functioning. He also interacted with the medical and paramedical staff to take stock of service delivery and on-ground challenges.
Additionally, the CMO inspected the ongoing construction work of the mortuary at NTPHC Khellani and the BPHU laboratory at PHC Assar. He issued necessary instructions for timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
The CMO also reviewed the winter preparedness of the twin health institutions and directed the concerned BMO to keep essential medicines, equipment, heating arrangements and manpower in readiness to ensure uninterrupted healthcare services during the winter season.
While interacting with the staff, the CMO emphasized the importance of working with utmost dedication, sincerity and commitment to ensure better healthcare delivery to the public. Block Medical Officer Dr. Syed Mohd Ismail and (DM&EO) NHM C.K. Shan accompanied the CMO.
